Consultation fees primarily cover the lawyer's reserved time and expertise. Once a consultation has been completed as scheduled, the fee is generally non-refundable.

2️⃣ When Refunds May Be Considered

Refunds may be considered under specific circumstances, including:

  • Cancellation or no-show by the lawyer without offering a reasonable alternative time.
  • Technical issues on our platform that prevent a consultation from taking place.
  • Duplicate bookings or accidental payments due to system errors.

Each refund request is evaluated individually, and Court Kutchery reserves the right to grant full, partial, or no refund based on the specific situation.

3️⃣ Refund Method & Timeline

Approved refunds will be returned via the original payment method (bank account, card, or digital wallet) wherever possible. Please note that the processing time depends on your payment provider and may take several business days.

You will be notified via email once a refund has been processed, including an estimated time for completion.

4️⃣ Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds generally will not be issued for:

  • Consultations that have been completed as scheduled.
  • Client cancellations made after the agreed notice period.
  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction unrelated to platform or lawyer errors.
  • Missed appointments caused by the client’s unavailability.

To request a refund, please contact our support team with the following details:

  • Booking ID or consultation reference number.
  • Reason for requesting a refund, including any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, emails).
  • Your preferred method for receiving a refund.

Our support team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
