Court Kutchery strives to ensure smooth scheduling and transparency. This policy explains how cancellations and rescheduling requests are handled for consultations.

1️⃣ Client Cancellations

Clients may cancel or reschedule consultations by contacting the lawyer directly or reaching out to our support team as early as possible. Early notice helps ensure the lawyer can adjust their schedule and may allow you to reschedule without losing the consultation fee.

In cases where the cancellation is made at the last minute, Court Kutchery will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis. While we aim to accommodate reasonable requests, fees may not always be refundable. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

2️⃣ Lawyer Cancellations

If a lawyer cancels or is unavailable, we will notify you promptly. We will assist in rescheduling the consultation at the earliest mutually convenient time.

If repeated cancellations occur without offering a reasonable alternative, clients may contact our support team to request a review. In such cases, a refund may be considered in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Clients who need to change their consultation date or time are encouraged to contact the lawyer or support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request without additional charges, depending on the notice period and lawyer availability.
